The Little Haven Massage Therapy

My name is Alyssa Lajoie and I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist with a focus in Neuromuscular Therapy. I went to school and obtained my license in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, and just recently moved to Georgia, where I opened The Little Haven Massage Therapy. I feel truly blessed to be able to align my passion with my job, and combine the two to open this practice.

My vision is for this to be a safe space where you can retreat to for a moment in your day and fully focus on yourself and your well being. I specialize in Swedish massage to relieve any stress and promote full relaxation, and Neuromuscular Therapy where I use specific targeted treatments including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and cupping. I would describe my style of bodywork as combining these two types of massage to create a relaxing and effective experience for my clients. I am excited to share The Little Haven with you all, and I hope to meet you soon!
